Barry Doucette

Barry Doucette is the President of Titus International Inc. Barry brings more than 20 years of consulting, corporate and business development expertise to Titus. As President, Titus International he is responsible for growing the company and client services available. Prior to joining Titus, Barry was VP Client Services at AJJA, an information technology consulting services company where he grew their business from $23M to $35M in 2 years.

Barry also acted as VP Eastern Canada for Ericsson’s Professional Services Group and was VP Worldwide Sales of BitFlash where he held responsibility for sales, customer service and custom application development. He has held senior sales positions at Sun Microsystems Canada and Amdahl Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Tim Upton

Tim Upton is the founder of Titus. First and foremost Tim has an extensive background as a technology consultant with over 14 years of experience. With this background Tim provides the overall vision for Titus products and services. Tim has specialized in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), networking, messaging, and Internet technologies. He has designed and deployed several global PKI systems, Microsoft Exchange networks, and Windows networks. Tim's excellent communication and presentation skills allow him to deal effectively with senior management. Tim is often asked to speak at industry events and continues to deliver technical training. Tim was invited to speak at the 1998 & 1999 Microsoft Exchange Conferences, and the 1999, 2003 and 2004 Microsoft TechEd conferences. In addition, Tim has acted as a consultant and technical editor for several books:

• Exchange Server Training Guide (Microsoft Press)
• DHTML in Action (Microsoft Press)
• Windows Script Hosting (Sams Publishing)
• Deploying Secure 802.11 Wireless Networks with Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Press)

Stephane Charbonneau

Stephane Charbonneau is the Titus Vice-President of Technology. Stephane's background is as a infrastructure consultant specializing in public key technologies, patch management and smart card technologies. Other specialties included Microsoft infrastructure and integration of Microsoft's Active Directory with the Entrust PKI.

Mr. Charbonneau has gained significant experience over the past 9 years working with large international organizations in the public and private sector. Stephane worked as senior architect at a major US financial institution and has worked for Microsoft Corp. Stephane has delivered specialized Entrust training courses to Fortune 500 enterprises around the world and has had the opportunity to meet and work with many of the top PKI specialists on the planet.

Darren O'Shaughnessy

Darren O'Shaughnessy is the Vice-President of Operations for Titus International Inc. Darren is a team-oriented management professional with over twenty 20 years of experience encompassing various roles in both management consulting and private industry. Darren has a broad and varied background, and has worked with clients in government, telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, and financial services. Darren joins Titus from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he was Senior Manager, Technology Services, for the Canadian Public Sector Practice.

Jennifer Gowling

Jennifer Gowling is the Director of Business Development for Titus International Inc.  Jennifer is responsible for meeting the company's tradition of delivering the right resources at the right time to our clients.

Jennifer’s high tech career has evolved over the past 6 years.  Early on she held positions with The Institute for Computer Studies and CDI College as a Programming Instructor. She then moved to senior positions with Anjura Technology and CNC Global responsible for Federal Government Account Management. Jennifer is a client service expert with a reputation for ensuring customer satisfaction, mentoring client service professionals, and for developing highly productive client services teams. 

Kris DeGiacomo

Kris DeGiacomo is the Director of Sales for Titus International Inc. With over 10 years of progressively senior roles in the IT Solution sector, Kris has a successful record for leading winning teams in the development of high quality deliverables and peak performance while focusing on commitments to both his clients and partners.

Kris has a reputation for being innovative and articulate with particular strengths in problem solving, strategic planning, and customer service. He is a key team member and contributor of Titus International's Professional Services efforts. Prior to joining Titus, Kris was managing a $10 million Defence portfolio for CGI Information Systems & Management Consultants and brings a wealth of experience/contacts in the Defence and Security industries.
