TITUS Appoints Scott Morin as New VP Sales

Ottawa, ON –November 11, 2008 – TITUS, a leading provider of email and document classification software, today announced the appointment of Scott Morin as the company’s Vice President of Sales. In this role, Mr. Morin will be responsible for managing the company’s revenue growth and establishing relationships with key customers around the world. Morin brings a 17 year track record of delivering success in IT sales.

Mr. Morin takes over this role from Blair Canavan who to date, as vice president, was overseeing both sales and business development. Mr. Canavan will now be focusing purely on business development including strategic industry initiatives and expanding the Titus’ partner ecosystem around the globe. With the significant growth of the company, there was a need to split Mr. Canavan’s portfolio into two distinct roles.

“TITUS continues to focus on delivering advanced email and document classification technology for large commercial and government customers worldwide,” said Tim Upton, President, Titus. “Scott brings outstanding leadership skills and experience, and we welcome him as a member of our executive team. In this role he will extend our focus, and help us drive business opportunities in new markets while driving our business’ ongoing success.”

Mr. Morin has held senior sales positions for companies including General Electric TMS, FastLane Technologies (Quest Software), and Databeacon (Cognos) and TrialStat. Prior to his tenure at TrialStat, he led the Public Sector Sales strategy at the publicly traded Softchoice Corporation – a one billion dollar international player. Mr. Morin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University.
