TITUS VP of Product Development Named to Ottawa Business Journal’s Forty Under 40

Regi Roy among the list of 2010 recipients

Ottawa ON. (June 14, 2010) — TITUS, a leading provider of security and compliance solutions for email and documents, today announced that Regi Roy, Vice President of Product Development, has earned a place on Ottawa Business Journal’s 2010 Forty Under 40 list.

The Ottawa Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Awards recognize business people under the age of 40 who balance bottom line business results with a desire to participate in charitable and community activities. The nominations are judged by a prestigious committee of Ottawa business leaders. This year’s committee included University of Ottawa Telfer EMBA director Dr. Terrence Kulka, OCRI Entrepreneurship Centre manger Michael Burnatowski, Cellwand Communications CEO Nick Quain, OBJ editor Jim Donnelly and OBJ Publisher Michael Curran.

Since coming to Canada from India 10 years ago as a new immigrant, Regi has successfully grown his career in a very short period of time. Before joining TITUS in 2007 as VP of Product Development, Regi worked for Espial Group and Corel Corporation in various roles of increasing responsibility. All the while, Regi balanced his work life by ensuring that he made time to give back to his community in numerous ways. He works with the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre in providing free coaching to new immigrants in job search and interviewing skills. Staying close to his roots, Regi is active with Ottawa’s Keralites community (a community of people hailing from Kerala, India) to help foster better integration with the Canadian society while keeping alive the art and culture of this region.
