Latest Release of TITUS Message Classification Helps Organizations Prevent Information Leaks

New features ‘One Click Classification’ and Content Review simplify protection of email

OTTAWA, ON — October 12, 2010 — TITUS a leading provider of security and compliance solutions for email and documents, today announced the release of the latest version of their flagship message classification product – TITUS Message Classification.

By protectively marking information, organizations can accomplish this objective. TITUS Message Classification ensures that all Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access messages are protectively marked before they can be sent, helping to prevent inadvertent disclosure, comply with marking standards and enhance other solutions used by the organization such as DLP and encryption.

New features in the latest version of TITUS Message Classification include:

• One Click Classification: This feature enables users to classify, mark, and protect their email with one click of the mouse. Users simply click a button on the ribbon or toolbar to choose their classification. Administrators can also provide a default classification so that users require no clicks for the majority of their email correspondence.




• Content Review and Redaction: When sensitive email content triggers a warning, users can click “Correct Message” to see the exact areas in the email where the problem exists. Content Review highlights the sensitive information and enables the user to either edit the content themselves, or automatically black out the sensitive or confidential content using the new Redaction feature.

Also being released today is the latest version of TITUS Document Classification, which features One Click Classification and support for Office 2010.
