Titus has developed several software utilities which enhance the Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments. We specialize in providing code to enhance the functionality of the Outlook client. This is usually done via special COM Add-ins for Microsoft Outlook.  We have experience designing software utilities for Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002(XP), and Outlook 2003.

Titus Message Classification for Outlook V2^TM

This is a custom Outlook Add-on that provides classification services for Outlook messages. The application allows the sender to classify their email. The classification or "label" typically describes a ranked level such as "secret", "top secret" and "restricted". However the classification can also be role-based; describing which kind of people can see the information such as "Managers Only", "Patient health care team", or "Internal Use Only".

Titus Message Classification works with the Outlook 2000, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 platforms.

Outlook Security Labels - Custom Outlook Add-in that provides labeling services for Outlook messages. A security label is an optional property of a digitally signed message. It lets you add information to the message header about the sensitivity of the message content that is protected by S/MIME encapsulation. Security labels can be used to enforce a user's authorization to access the contents of the message. The label can also restrict which recipients can open, forward, or send the message.
