Classification Selector

Defense organizations are mandated to comply with classification schemes, such as CAPCO, CUI, NATO, HMG/GPMS, and the Australian Email Protective Marking Standard. In some cases, organizations may even need to comply with multiple marking standards. Whether the classification scheme is simple or complicated, it is a challenge to get users to consistently and accurately classify their email.

TITUS Message Classification addresses this problem by prompting users to classify their email before the email can be sent. This capability has the following features:

  • Forced classification: Presents a classification dialog that forces users to classify before the email is sent.
  • Customized configuration: Allows administrators to configure classification labels to support marking standards such as CAPCO, CUI, NATO, HMG/GPMS, the Australian Email Protective Marking Standard, and others.
  • Multiple marking schemes: Supports declassification dates, releasabililty markings, classification source, and many other markings.
  • Guided classification: Guides users through the classification process, whether it's a simple, single dropdown list of classifications, or a choice of multiple, complex marking schemes.
  • Label mapping: Maps classification labels across different languages and departments, facilitating inter-departmental and multilingual collaboration.
  • Online help: Provides customizable online help and tooltips for reinforcement of classification policy training.

Classification selections are completely customizable by the administrator, including control over label names, selection types (dropdowns, multi-selects, calendar controls, type-ins), the classification hierarchy, and the number of classification categories.
