Protective Marking

In a defense environment, there are strict rules for how classification information should appear in the message itself. Message Classification enables administrators to customize visual markings to meet the organization's standards, including support for:

  • Message body labeling at the top and bottom of the email, including support for First Line of Text (FLOT) and customizable labels such as releasability markings.
  • Subject line marking before or after the subject line, with customizable abbreviations and parentheses support.
  • Dynamic disclaimers that provide additional handling instructions based on the selected classification.
  • Classification markings on every printed page, to ensure that all pages have a classification marking in the header and footer.

Protective markings are completely customizable by the administrator, including control over the font, text, color, and placement of the visual markings.
