The new Titus Partner Program – We’re all in!

Today is an exciting day for Titus. This morning we announced that we are moving to a 100 percent channel sales model with the launch of our new partner program. This is something we’re really excited about, and we’re not alone. In speaking with channel partners, strategic technology partners and customers, I can tell you they’re also excited for the opportunities our new program and sales model present for them.

In the time I’ve been with Titus, I’ve been blown away not only by how passionate our team is about our technology, but how passionate our customers are too. Titus’ solutions do more than just provide industry-leading data identification, classification and categorization capabilities – they power an enterprise’s existing security investments. That’s critically important as it enables us to offer our partners technology that aligns to their existing expertise, particularly for those partners focused on security and the cloud.

And though I share my colleagues’ passion about our solutions, I know that delivering a great partner program goes beyond technology. In my years of experience in building a 100 percent channel sales model for partner-focused companies, I’ve learned there are three core elements that make a program attractive to partners. The Titus program is built on these values:

Trust: Partners are both customers and an extension of our company, so Titus is committed to treating them as such. Our sales reps know that personal relationships are vital and strive for our partners to have confidence they’re working with a predictable, trusted organization that is laser-focused on their success.

Simplicity: Through our new partner program, Titus is making a commitment to being easy to do business with, having solutions that are easy to position and sell, having reps who are accessible and technical help that is available. These are simple details, but are also crucial to the success of our program.

Clarity: You are either all in (as we are with a 100 percent channel model and no direct deals) or you’re really not partnering. It’s that simple. Everyone at Titus is committed to nurturing a strong partner culture throughout our organization. It’s a critical element of building an effective partner program.

For me, today is exciting as I know we not only have phenomenal technology, but of equal importance, we are committed to building and maintaining trusted partnerships, keeping our program stupid-simple and are 100 percent, all in with our partners. In short – we’re all in!
