Titus appoints company veteran Jim Barkdoll as CEO
Titus, a leading provider of data protection solutions, today announced that Jim Barkdoll has been promoted to the role of CEO. Tim Upton, one of Titus’ co-founders and the company’s chief executive for the past 12 years, will transition to the role of strategic advisor and remain on Titus’ board of directors.

Jim Barkdoll most recently served as Titus’ Chief Revenue Officer. Since 2014, he has led the global sales operations, marketing, and customer support teams as the customer base has expanded across geographies, industries and customer channels. Prior to joining Titus, Jim held senior leadership roles for 20 years at Toushay Inc., BlueCat Networks, and Quest Software.
