TITUS Recognized with Employees’ Choice Award for Second Consecutive Year

Ottawa, ON – January 26, 2012 TITUS employees really do enjoy being a part of this company, and they’ve let us know it. For the second year running, TITUS is the recipient of an Ottawa Business Journal Employees’ Choice Award. The recipients of this award are determined based on the results of an employee survey, so the recognition truly does come from the employees.

“We were thrilled last year when our employees let us know they like the work that they do, and that they appreciate the fact that their contributions matter. To have this recognition a second year in a row is fantastic,” said Tim Upton, Founder, President and CEO of TITUS. “We really do have an exceptional team here, and to know that this team enjoys their work and that they are committed to our organization is truly gratifying.”

The Employees' Choice Awards (ECA) program honors organizations within Canada’s National Capital Region that recognize employees as their greatest asset. The Employees’ Choice Awards program is operated by the Ottawa Business Journal and TalentMap. The selection committee consists of volunteer experts from various Ottawa organizations.
