Message from Titus CEO regarding COVID-19

To all Titus partners, customers, and employees,

The COVID-19 virus has caused upheaval in the lives of thousands of people and their families – now and always, our thoughts are with those who are personally affected.

While COVID-19 continues to disrupt the global community, we are gradually seeing positive shifts both in the number of people impacted by the virus, and a gradual reengagement of the global economy.

With these positive indicators, I want to provide an update on the steps Titus is continuing to take to maintain business continuity for our global customers. 

We are focused on ensuring both the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners as well as business continuity. We are equipped and committed to the high-quality sales and customer service you have come to expect from us.  

  • Our product success team is here to assist you around the clock.  In the last three months this team has continued to support our global customers, meeting 100% of our service level agreements. I have received notes and acknowledgements from customers congratulating the product success team for “their special efforts in solving problems in the current crisis situation. 
  • Our sales and customer success teams are working closely with our customers through a variety of remote connectivity toolsNow more than ever organizations are focused on protecting their most sensitive data from personal data of their employees and customers to intellectual property 

am personally thankful for the smooth transition our teams have made in ensuring business continuity while we too have transitioned to working from home.   

This continues to be an unprecedented time for everyone; each day brings a new set of challenges and uncertainty. Titus is wholly committed to ensuring your success by maintaining our business operations.
